Disney World Part 4--Hollywood Studios

On this day we spent the day at Disney's Hollywood Studios. We had an early morning breakfast with Jojo before the park even opened up. So we got to be in the park before anyone else. It was nice to get a picture without a ton of people in it.

The gang for breakfast.
At a point while the characters are going around they stop and have a little dance with the kids a the front. This is what Lexie is doing. The kids LOVED when they got to dance and parade with all the characters.

Why are my kids not smiling to meet Jojo?

Josh was not happy about being with June and so she came up to him at the table and posed with him. The characters at this breakfast did a really good job of interacting with ALL the kids. Trying to get them all to smile.

Our kids were actually excited to be there. I don't know why they aren't smiling--maybe it is too early in the morning.

Ryan liked to have his hand on Goliath the whole time. He even tried to hold his hand.

Playing with the nose.

When we first arrived at the park we asked the employees when it was a good time to come out from breakfast so we could be in a good position to get on rides. They told us they let people in at about a quarter too but only to a rope at the end of main street and then they keep them there until the park opens. We all really wanted to ride Toy Story and the line is really, really long all day so this was our chance. BJ was especially antsy to get there and so he left breakfast with all of our passes to go stand by the rope so he could get us fastpasses for the ride. We actually managed to get out of breakfast right before they let you move and we thought we would run to the ride but they make you walk in an orderly fashion to it. Pretty much the whole crowd was headed to Toy Story. BJ managed to get us Fastpasses but the line was only like 30 min. so we decided to wait in the line and use the fastpasses later.

Lexie wearing the 3D glasses for the ride. This picture really shows her gap.

The whole group waiting in line for the ride. We are really close to the front right now.

Clara and Lexie rode together and I think they really liked it.

After riding it some of us waited in a short line to get Buzz and Woody's signature (we didn't have a meal with them).

After that some of us went to see the Lights, Camera, Action show which was quite good. And then I wasn't feeling too well so I left with Ryan and my mom to catch a nap before our dinner. For whatever reason Eric didn't take any pics. but they watched Disney's Playhouse show, Beauty and the Beast, and rode Toy Story again.

Our dinner that night was at Chef Mickey. It was an awesome time. We were in our own room for most of our meal and so when the characters came by we were able to spread out and take advantage of all the space. The characters here were also really good.

This picture is quite funny to me because Josh has always had a love/hate relationship with his cousin Eliza. When we visited with her in July he couldn't get away from her fast enough and made her life miserable. So it was funny how he wanted to be all over her this time. But she didn't want anything to do with him. Poor kid getting rejected on his first kiss.

Donald played with Ryan for seriously like 3 or 4 minutes which is a lot with how many tables they go too but Ryan loved touching all of the characters.

I still wasn't feeling in top shape this meal and so I wasn't snapping like 50 million pictures of the same shot. Too bad because of each shot we have two pictures and Lexie has her eyes closed in most of them. So these are the best we could get.
There is that nose again.

And again.

Eyes closed.

Josh was being stubborn again and didn't want to go stand for the picture and so Donald came and stood by him and Josh liked that.

Finally eyes open--but strained smile.

Minnie was so excited to have three little babies there and she plopped down on the floor and kept gesturing for us to give them to her. We snapped like 50 pics. Aren't those kids cute. I have found that Ryan is in this outfit alot but it was really cold and this outfit protected him the most. We did have other clothes for him.

And of course when the twins were lifted off Ryan was able to have that nose all to himself.

It looks like you guys had so much fun!! I need a vacation! What is your next one planned? Anywhere fun?
What made you decide to do your blog private? I've been debating about doing that myself. I can't decide.

I love the picture of Maggie, Sophie and Ryan with Minnie! So cute! And I was also impressed with how long the characters hung around the kids--especially the babies.
